When should we start looking for student accommodation ?
The search usually begins in early November for the following academic year. Please note that by Christmas it’s quite often the case that the majority of our properties have been taken.
Why should I rent my next property from you?

From your first point of contact with us you will realise that you are dealing with a friendly professional landlord. We are a small family run business and you will receive a personal courteous service at all times and can be assured of an easy point of contact.
We appreciate this is a whole new world to lots of students so when new tenants move in we show you how all the appliances work - alarms, cookers, boilers etc. We also provide you with a property booklet which includes:
o Instruction manuals for all appliances
o Safety procedures
o All current certificates and accreditation (Gas, Electricity, EPC, GISH)
o Copy of HMO licence
o Tenancy Handbook
o List of relevant telephone numbers
o Bin days and recycling instructions
All of our properties are HMO licenced, and SNUG registered with both Sheffield City Council and the Universities, attaining very high amenity standards.
How do I book a viewing ?
Simply call us on 0773 2345 409 or click on the ‘Book a Viewing’ button and tell us which property you would like to view.
Please bear in mind that we like to give our tenants 24 hours notice of any viewing as a courtesy… and also give them an opportunity to have a quick tidy round !
To minimise the disruption to our current tenants, please ensure wherever possible that ALL members of your group are present to view the property. Find out which days and times ALL your group are available and we will arrange a viewing for when it suits everyone. One of us will meet you at the property and answer any questions you may have.

My friends and I have had a viewing and love the property, what's next?
Call or email us. We will request some details from you and then forward a contact form for you all to complete and return. We will then draft your tenancy agreements for you each to review. We will give you ample time to check out the contract. We will not hassle you or pressure you into signing.
